3. Cookies and similar technologies

Without your consent, we store only what the website needs to function and to remember your cookie choice (the local storage item “lp-consent”). Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and PostHog (ph_*) are placed only after you have consented. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your consent, these cookies are removed from your browser.

4. Recipients and processors

We do not sell personal data. We use the following processors, with whom we have data processing terms in place (Art. 28 GDPR):

  • Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the website, with its server functions in Frankfurt (EU), and the website statistics without cookies.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States): sending the newsletter and delivering demo requests to our inbox, and keeping the newsletter list.
  • PostHog Inc.: analytics with consent; the data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
  • Google Ireland Limited: Google Analytics, analytics with consent.
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited: email and calendar (Microsoft 365), including appointments booked through Microsoft Bookings.
  • Supabase Inc. and Railway Corporation: storage and hosting of our CRM system, in which demo requests are followed up; both in the EU.

We may also disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of our processors are established in the United States, where personal data may be processed (in particular Vercel, Resend and Google, and the other suppliers for support and maintenance). Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where the processor is certified under it, or on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access on a need-to-know basis with two-factor authentication, and the recording and follow-up of security incidents. Our information security is organised according to ISO/IEC 27001.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15 to 21 GDPR). Where we process your data on the basis of consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

You can send a request to info@logicplan.ai. We respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

9. Customer data in the Logicplan application

This privacy statement covers the website. Personal data we process for customers in the Logicplan application is governed by the customer agreement and the data processing agreement with that customer.

10. Changes

We may amend this privacy statement. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of its latest change.
